Of assets, equities and liabilities.

when somebody say assets=equity, it does not mean that,
THE DEFINITION OF ASSETS IS EQUITY.

what he meant was,
the sum of all assets will always equal to the sum of all equities.

now then, WHY IN THE WORLD AND NAME OF GOD DIDNT I THINK PROPERLY BEFORE I WROTE THE ANSWERS?

equity does not mean assets literally. (point taken.lesson learnt)

The death of a noble.

We’re gathered here today, to mourn the death of a loyal servant of mine, a dedicated, down-to-earth and hardworking lad, who never complains, and just does his job. For years, he has been by my side. but i’m afraid he’s done.

Yes guys, unfortunately, the time of my futsal shoe has come.
and i’m afraid, he has passed on.
death, has caught up with him.

and so, as he moves on to a “better world”, i am gonna need to get a replacement.

Thinking of  replacement, my thoughts went back to the previous shoe i had before this one.

The one and only, irreplaceable Nike Tiempo.
I remember how i got it in Thailand long before it was released in Malaysia.
I remember how well it fitted my feet.
how comfortable it was.
how every ball it touched seemed to move the way i wanted to.

It was paradise. but it too. had to end.
but that wasn’t all. Just when i was looking for a new pair of shoes then, i realised that this particular pair was no longer in the market. and i had just thrown it away.

and now, it is all happening to me again.
and so, i searched through the web, frantically searching for a shoe that would be a worthy successor.

and among them,

The Nike Tiempo Natural II – BLUE.

 

OR, the Nike Tiempo Natural II – RED.

That was until, i stumbled across this!
  

yes. my old shoe. so similar yet so different.
now if u scroll up and compare those two shoes, u would realise that it does in fact hv a couple of difference. most notably, the heels and the flap. an extra gold strip has been added to the heel, and the colours at the flap had been inverted. nevertheless. it looks good.

But then i realised something. something important.
Were they available in Malaysia??

As far as i could find out, the Blue one costs about RM149.00 and is available.
about the other two… i’m really not sure. prices online were in USD, or Japanese Yen.

so,

i’m really hoping you guys could do me a favour.

IF ANY OF YOU, STUMBLE ACROSS THESE SHOES, IN MALAYSIA.

Fog YOU!

I woke up this morning, to find a curtain of fog hanging over my neighbourhood.

Such was the thickness of the fog that visibility was merely 20 metres.

   and then i began to wonder, “How is fog formed actually?”

well, fog is actually, just a whole lot of water spray in the air. fog is formed, when the temperature is sooooooooooo cold, water vapour condenses with the particles in air, and is suspended in the air. we all know water vapour condenses when it touches something cold. so basically. that’s it.

Fog-when water vapour and cold air collide, fog is formed.

however, something u guys might not know, is that here, it is also known as…

PEA SOUP!

don’t ask me why. haha. they just call it pea soup. ask my esl teacher.

On another note,

haha. coincidentally. it was my maths teacher who told me about it. he was telling us this story today.

It’s called, Fermat’s Last Theorem, and was actually UNPROVEN for over 300 years! since 1637. and the French government decided to put a prize up, for the person who successfully prove that theorem.

that was, until 1994, when some dude called Andrew Wiles “proved” it.

i dunno. maths teacher says he only proved it PARTIALLY.

who knows?

but one thing’s for sure though,
